Thermaltake Tide Water

I'm not sure if anyone has seen this before, but the Thermatake Tide Water looks pretty neat. I really like the concept of it, but I have no idea if Thermaltake implemented it correctly. Some reviews say there is a 10c difference in card temperature, but I'm sure you could achieve that with a decent aftermarket air cooler. I'm just wondering if anybody has any experience with it. Opinions are welcome too.

I don't plan on buying this thing, just I wonder how it actually performs.

you'd be better off with an NVSilencer or whatever the top dog zalman GPU cooler is.
