Hey everybody. Just went through and picked my components based mostly off newegg reviews. Also used advice from dfi-street and this wonderful forum. I think I don't have any conflicting pieces.

My comments -
-Not sure if the RAM i picked is right
-Still kinda debating between x2 4400+ and a64 4000+
-This was the easy part... I'm petrified of the actually assembly/installation..... don't want to end up with $2100 of junk.
 
That is a great system you have picked. If i was you i would go with the X2 4400+ over the 4000+. The X2 4400+ will excel way past the 4000+ in games over the next year or so.
 
the ram will work better if you have 2 sticks of 1gb. The processor becomes more and more unhappy as you increase the number of sticks it has to check. Slows things down.
