Which combo is better?

The price of these combo is within $5 of each other so which one would you choose and why?

AMD Athlon64 3200+ Venice core w/ABIT KN8 NVIDIA S939 ATX mobo

or

AMD Athlon64 3000+ Venice core w/DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D mobo

defintely get the 3000+ with DFI sense you can OC that 3000+ way past 3200+ speeds i mean only .2Ghz you can do it with a DFI

that's what I was thinking. I've heard the DFI LanParty mobo is the best OC'ing board....and the DFI combo is actually the cheaper of the two listed!

Yep DFI boards are the best for OCing, you will be satisfied with it.

A tad slower CPU, but the board makes up for it, IMO. I'm fighting the temptation to buy it right now, I keep telling myself Christmas is coming up, gotta focus on doing for my kids
