Good motherboard. Agree with PZEROFGH (again ). The 6800GS is the budget card for people with PCI-e. The 3200+ is only a few dollars more than the 3000+, so that's the right choice. If you're not going to overclock then you could get Corsair ValueSelect RAM and save a good bit, but you probably are, so pay the bills and get the good stuff.

if your going with 1GB defintely go for the 7800GT for 280

but if you want 2GBs defintely go for the 6800GS

it is alot easier to slap in another gig of ram than it is to buy a new vid card

Go with OCZ Ram instead of Corsair Value Select. Try not to get value ram.
