the school has a big network (well...if you wanna consider it that)

the school must accomodate 1700 user accounts, and about 300 accounts for teachers.

and everyone must share a 100 GB web server...thats sad

and my laptop (pentium 2) would probably screw up the network, considering it hasnt seen internet before

naggh you can plug it in no problem...he prolly means if your laptop has a virus or some type of malware it will spread over the network..As long as you clean up all your porn before you plug it in go for it. Some teachers like looking at porn at school though (there was a real study done).

i wouldnt be suprised if my teacher does have porno...(he just downloaded itunes and quicktime...)

my laptop hard drive is stock, only 2 GB total

i have room for windows 98 and office, and its almost full now
