Criticize My PSU

Its good quality, but even my 400W, $40 Forton (FSP = Forton) has more amps.

How does the 400watt have more amps? I think it has enough though for anything i would be doing. It has 30amps total on the rails, or 15amps on each (dual rails).

I am mainly concerned about the power connectors.

I still need an answer.... Main question is if this PSU will work well:

"On techpowerup.com, it says the mobo works best and oc'ing is more stable with a 24pin + 8pin power cables plugged into the mobo. In the pic on newegg (link in post above) it doesn't show an 8pin power plug.

I guess it looks like it has 2 4pin plugs, is that what I use to make it an 8pin plug?
