I would go to DFI-Street.com and check on their boards and Corsair RAM. I could be wrong but I thought I read a few places about compatibility issues.

That mobo won't work with Nvidia video cards. I'd suggest getting another DFI board, one that is Nvidia supported. Definitely don't get XFX for a video card, and definitely don't get a 6800XT. The 6800XT is probably one of the worst cards Nvidia has put out on the market this generation. I'd go with a 6800GS or even a 7800GT since the price of that is falling durastically. That power supply isn't going to cut it either. I'd stick with Antec, OCZ, or Fortron when it comes to a PSU. Other than that, everything else looks pretty good.
