which heatsink...ZALMAN or THERMALRIGHT??

Ok, so im almost done researching/buying parts for my new rig, and one of the last questions i have is which heatsink to go with?
Thermalright XP
OR
Zalman CNPS770-CU

I was orgionally going to go with the Zalman, but then i started reading about this other one...what do you guys think?

The Thermalright is good if you have a good amount of air moving threw your case im guessing. So if you dont have good air flow then I wouldnt go with it. But as my personal prefrence id go with the Zalman.

So the Big Typhoon would be perfect for an AMD 64 4000+ San Diego OC'ed? well idk about the OC'ed but for sure that processor....
