I am building my first PC some time after Christmas and have most of everything picked out. I am just seeking some conformation about the processor and mobo.

This is pretty noobish probaby, but I have never built a machine before.

Am I going to ned anything extra as far as cooling. I ordering two extra case fans and the CPU comes with a heatsink and fan. No video card (onboard). Will this stuff be enough?

oh, your machine will stay plenty cool. If you're not overclocking, then the stock HSF with the processor will work wonderfully. Those 2 fans are probably more than you NEED. Case temps go up most due to video cards usually. You're good to go.
