windows is starting up problem

my new computer stuck at the "windows is starting up" when i open the computer. help, how to do?
it became this after i scanned anti-virus, and spyware, and blocked some startup program. help! pls

what version of windows are you runnin?

Can you get into Safemode ?
If you can access safe mode you need to access msconfig

reboot and hit f8. if you can get to safe mode and windows starts fine, you have a msconfig problem maybe. if you still cant get in, do a windows repair and you wont lose anything

okok i follow warez monster command^^
but when i repairing my window XP Pro, something cannot install, i forgot the name lo, then i cancel all of the file that it say cannot find one, after repair complete, i going to the window xp pro. when it loading the window xp pro, it auto restart the computer. i dunno why....
