Hellpp Weird System Processes

nope...the shut down timer doesnt come up...everything works fine except my sound dies

click end process tree and it should reboot

It does start the shut down timer but it says "The operation could not be co pleted. Access is denied."

print screen. above delete. then paste it into a paint document or something, save it.

Depends on what keyboard you have. The key says prtSc SysRq. Its above my Home key and backspace key on both of my KBs

Im not familiar with the process you describe, although I have seen processes get locked into an error many times resulting in the cpu getting used to capacity and in this case shutting the process down will fix the problem, if there are any other abnormal computer behavior it is worth a mention, you can check your services under controle panel and run keys under the regestry for anything out of place.
