I need to create a Windows 98 start up disk, but on a cd instead of a floppy.

How do I do this. Must have cd support. If this cant be done, how can I install windows 98 on a freshly formated laptop that has no floppy drive?

I treid this site.

I tried this site. They only show how to create a boot disk on a floppy. Is there any way I can boot up my laptop and have it able to read my cd rom drive? Remember...I cant put in a floppy drive and a cd drive at the same time. Only one or the other on this old laptop.

can't you change the primary boot device in the bios?

I don't know how, but I know you can do it with nero burning rom and a win98 floppy. read the help section of nero
