Help on a PSU

I know little about how strong of a PSU I'll need because I've always used low to mid ranged systems.

I assume the 450W PSU that comes with the case I am intending to buy will work, but I was wondering if I should go to a 480-500W.

System basics-
7800GT 256MB
A64 3500+
1GB Kingston PC3200
80GB 7,200RPM HD (didn't see a need for anything bigger)

I looked around and saw some info on PSUs (moreso I just found ranges for low, mid, and high end systems, but nothing too specific), so I was wondering what you guys would suggest.

That's what I was referring to, and my question still stands, sadly.

Can someone recommend a specific PSU since the actual amount of watts isn't much help?

I highly reccomend against using ones that come with cases.

It didn't specify, it just said the "range" of the system, and different sites hold different setups to be in different ranges. I had an idea, but wasn't sure.

Yeah, I figured I'd just buy a different case and get my own, but without much knowledge on the subject (prior to now, that is), I hadn't been sure.
