I'm using MS Excel in Office XP to create a spreadsheet for losing weight. Ive got all my data in and I've tried to create a chart based on this data. The problem i'm having is that the scale on the chart is divided into 10. This is obviously the default.

So, it goes 1, 2, 3....and in between each unit I can have 0.1, 0.2...up to 0.9 and then it goes to 2.

I want it to go 0.1, 0.2....up to 0.14 and then 2. This is becuase there are 14 pounds in a stone and I want to be able to accurately mark in each pound on he chart.

I know it sounds confusing, but please can anyone help?!!

Thanks!!

format the cells to a number that contains 2 decimal places. Then start with 1.00 and end with 1.14 then put 2.00
You will have to do this over and over again, as excel is a .10 base... Good luck

ive done the first bit, but I dont understand what you mean by "Then start with 1.00 and end with 1.14 then put 2.00".

Could you go over it in more detail please?

Thanks
