Graphics Card Problems!

Hey,
I've recently reset my computer but it seem that it has ne kept my graphics drivers, when i scroll down in a word document it is 'jagady' and not a smooth motion like it used to be. I've spoken to a friend of mine and he thinks that i need to install the drivers again, the only problem is that i do not know the name of the graphics card so i cannot download them,
Please could anyone tell me (if there is a way ofcorse) a way of finding out what my graphics card is. eg like cpu-z for finging out the processor and mainbord info

Device Manager / Display Properties

How do i get to device manager???

You can right click your "My Computer" Icon and select Properties.
Then select the Hardware tab on the top.
Select Device Manager from that tab. Look for "Display Adapter".
