My new comp but os prob!!!

Hello

So i was able to get my computer ok.

The next problem is on the os. I've installed Xp sp1a on my new
computer but its not accepting to get the os activated.

How can i solve the activation problem please?

when i tried the activation microsoft prompt me saying that this
os was used on another comp........... and to re-use i've to enter
a new "stuff"

The "Stuff" is i think a new cd key which is dont have. I tried my old one nothing happen.

I really need help.
Ive got 29 Days left, or else have to change to older os!!!!
