I'm working on my friends ancient GP6-400C, its running with a 400mhz celeron. I know she just needs to get a new computer, so please no one reply with that answer heh. Here is my problem. I just installed a 40gig hd, formatted, and installed windows 98. She has no video card, just an onboard. I have no idea how to get drivers for it. The windows updates doesn't find any...so right now its running at 16bit with a 600x400 res. Any help at all would be GREAT. If I need to provid more infomation please let me know. Thanks :)

you'll certainly have to download it from the web.... i can't see another option -> get the make and model of Mobo and download the drivers for it as its a onboard adapter...

If you open the case and look on the motherboard for the chipsets, you should see a manufacturers name, ie SiS .. usually they say SiS video along with serial numbers for the chipset. write them down and you should be able to navigate to the designers site and find the drivers you need :)
