What do you guys think about that pc? I was thinkign abotu maybe getting it insted of a laptop and then putting a video card in it, but not if it's a crappy brand or anything like that.

I cant tell what kind of motherboard is in there, but you will need another 512 and a better video card. Better off building it on your own IMO

MSI's MS-7191

I planned on adding more RAM, but not right away, further down the road. The graphics are fine wiht me, my current graphics card scored a 65 on 3DMark03 and it plays the games I own fine on low. The integrated graphics on that machine scored a 555 on 3D Mark05. Could someone tell me how that compares to my 65 on 03?

3dmark05 is usually about half of the score you get on 3dmark03 with the same card (just an estimate)

Your 65 on 03 would probably get a 30-40 on 05, therefore comparing to the 555 on 05.

(aka the integrated would probably be about 1000+ on 03)
