CHEAP motherboard!

Hey i was looking to buy this to replace my defective motherboard...

Nothing on the PC is going to be overclocked at all (Apart from the graphics card) Would this alright for a 'budget motherboard?'

yeah, it's okay. I have the ECS Nforce4 socket 939 board. It works. Not a great overclocker, but everything runs smoothly. Good performance too.
