If you want 512mb get an X1800XT which preforms better than the 7800gtx 256, but not as good as the 512 7800gtx, but it's more than $200 cheaper, and its a VERY good overclocker

the chipset doesnt matter, im using my ATI card on an nF3 chipset. it doesnt matter, ati has chipsets and some people use nvidia cards. nvidia also messed up when they made the NF3 chipset, not working well with 66** series cards
What kind of question is this? If it's better, it's going to be more expensive. I got the 512 version, and I love it. I'm planning on getting a second card and connecting them via SLI. Halo 2 at max at around 95+ fps is godly, my friend. GODLY.
