DVD-RW has no audio/sound

when putting a DVD movie it doesn't play any audio
anyone can help me out?

nothing is wrong with the VOLUME CONTROL (windows)

Make sure there is a small thin 2 pin wire from your Drive to your sound card or onboard port.

the thing is my other dvd-rw from my other computer doesn't have the wire that connects to the sound card, and it can play dvds with audio

Have you updated drivers ?
Does it have its own volume control ?
