the best set up

What do you guys think is the best motherboard, processor set up? The thing I want to do with this set up is play all the games out now(cs/s bf2 cod2) ,down load music and surf the web. The set UP's I have been coming up with on newegg have all been around $300.00, but $330.00 is as high as IM going for my mobo and processor
. I all ready pick out my video card its between the 6800 and the x800gto so for the card IM going to need a PCI Express x16. so guys tell me what you think is best IM up for all suggestions

Get a 6800GS or an X800GTO2 which unlocks to a full X850XTPE, in fact, if you want to play games that are out now, the X800GTO2 would be the better deal, because an X850XTPE kills a 6800GS, even overclocked.

i still have to get a case so i was looking and i seen some good one that have every thing built in fans and power
