i just bought a ati tv wonder pro tv tuner for my pc and i installed and shit like that but i dont know how to work it. i was wondering how i work this?cna someone plz help me

do you have the cable wire screwed on to it? did you install the software? is it hooked up to your monitor? if it requires a power source did you hook a power cable into it?
