Is my fan setup ok?

My fans are quiet, so what I do is put a piece of paper next to them. If the paper sticks to the case its blowing inwards, if not its outwards.

Usually rule of thumb is, the side of the fan that was the wires going into the fan is the side that blows air outwards.

Which ever side has the wires/plastic holding the fan prop there then thats the side that air goes out.

so if the wires are sticking out towards the back of the case, that means the air is going inwards?
