My card on games such as guild wars and DoD:Source I get alot of artifacts while playing and textures that dont appear right.
Its a brand new card (Sapphire Radeon X700), on a stock cooler and standard frequencies.
If I attempt to lower the frequency, my whole screen gets covered in artifacts and I get the error that my display driver isnt working properly.
Think this is a hardware or software fault? Im using the latest ATi drivers.

AMD Althon64 3500+ @ 2.2ghz (Thermaltake Polo cooler)
Sapphire Radeon X700 256mb PCI-E
Corsair 512MBx2 PC 3200 XMS
Foxconn NF4K8AC-RS (939 PCI-E)
Thermaltake Silent Purepower 480W
80gig Maxtor IDE Hard drive 7200rpm
What Ive tried:
Pull it out and in again (incase it wasnt in properly)
Different drivers
Ive been trying to see what the voltage is on the card but my bios doesnt show it and doesnt let me change it. Any tool out there that show what voltage is going through my card?
