Monitor question

Hi, I need some help with a monitor. I’m going to get a new monitor for Christmas. I’m looking for a 19” LCD but I don’t know what to get. Both of these look good but I dont know what to look for.

Try to get one with a 8ms response time or lower. High contrast ratio. Heres a few:
