Hellpp Weird System Processes

Hi, I just reformatted my computer and I have this problem with the a weird process running. When I open task manager and look at the processes, there is this one named "system - system - 220K" The weird thing about this is it sucks up all of my CPU power. My CPU changes from 90 to 100%. I find that if I end this process, my CPU goes back to normal, but how do I get rid of it for good because I tried reformatting and that didnt work so it doesnt seem like it is spyware.

log looks fine. Go to start, run, type msconfig, go to startup, click disable all except your antivirus and reboot and see if it is still there

what is taking up the most mem usage?

It has to be the system cuz when I end that task everything runs fine except i lose my sound...After ending that task, my CPU goes back to normal...its the weirdest thing

so when you end it does it shut you down because it just shut me down. I have 50 seconds and i reboot..
