Computer Shuts off randomly still

I bought a Antec 480 ATX 12V true power 2.0 today, this should stop the random shut offs right? I have it hooked up and working now.

Being that i live in Portugal also and run off of 220V (converted to 110V since i live on base) the power isnt the cleanest. Could it be that my ups is going bad?
