try this
-go to the start-run
type msconfig
-remove check for runndll32-(there may be duplicate entries)
-hit apply-ok
-reboot

Just what I was getting at but yea, you don't need these entries.
If you find that you are still getting the errors, follow the steps in the link I sent you for removing the same items under your registry editor.

Seems to have worked. If I knew that we didn't need rundll32.exe earlier then I would've gone to msconfig earlier. Oh well, just glad to get that problem fixed.
