firefox downloads

i cant download more that two files at once there is no settings to change this is there a way around this or a setting i am missing?

Try this. It might correspond with IE

This is to increase the the number of max downloads to 10.

1. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).

2. Locate the following key in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

3. On the Edit menu, click Add Value (a dword) , and then add the following registry values:

"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=Dword:0000000a
"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=Dword:0000000a

4. Quit Registry Editor.

also i just use regedit in the run command but it does the same as regedt32.exe

#41 & #42 > I guess it's network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server. I just set it to 10, and now I'm able to download more than 2 at a time.

you can go to Firefox extensions and download a download manger

i know but it wuz not hard i already changed firefox to be faster prior to this
