I dont have the cash to do that. And i didnt know that a graphics card could burn out. like that

My old card

It use to be expensive a few years ago (like $400.00).
the more that I think about it, I think it was it was doing a moniter self test. you just will never notice it with a working card

its not completely dead...it might just need a update..
