download sisoft sandra and it will tell you what bios you have.

try setting bios to the defaults. it's either a configuration or a hardware problem

Okay I have it downloaded.

when you open SS, go to information modules, cpu and bios info, let is scan for a sec, go to the drop down called device on top, select system bios and then the name will be under general info

Someone also suggested or said this secondly i noticed that you are not fully utilising your "dual channel" assumeing your mobo supports it? I have no idea what that means

I had your problem before. I think it was my nvidia 5200 card that was the issue. sometime on restarts it wouldn't kick on right. replacing that card solved the problem
