my friend is building a new gaming pc and asked me to post this to get peoples opinions...
Budget is 2k, this adds up to $1,788.93 on Newegg

go with an Antec true Power.

i got a question abou the ram is that the ram with the led display, if it is i remember hearing somthing about it not being all that great your only paying for the looks. im probly wrong though.

get a decent speaker exp :2.1 speaker -coz u oredi spend money on soundcard creative audigy 2 zs - if not u can,t enjoy 24bits sound

dont get corsair XMs ram as it is overpriced and doesnt OC well unless you get the TCCD which are discontinued so i highly doubt your going to get one, so stick with OCZ if he is overclocking or corsair valueselect if he isnt
