I have a program That tells me how hot each part of my computer is ment to be,

it says

Processor Zone 52
System Zone 1 45
System zone 2 47
System fan 1 3827

I am having problems with Processor,and system 2

Can anybody help

Its starts flashing saying over heat, and then if it goes one degree higher it restarts my computer

I dont want to ,if thats what you asking but it seems like it because i cant cool it down I have A massive fan on my computer as well, so not sure what to do

What program is it that's telling you your comp is overheating? Are you sure it isn't a problem with the program instead of your computer?

Overclocking is done only by changing settings in your bios. You can't overclock by accident.
I would recommend you get an extra fan. Get your box cooler.

clean out your fans and computer with some compressed air. tie up your cables inside to increase air flow. make sure all fans are working.

How do you get compressed air in

Open the system up. Turn it off first and unplug the power cable. Then get the can of compressed air. Blow out the system. And make sure all of your cable and other cables and such are all out of the way as much as possible so that the flow of air can escape the system.
