yeah, antecs are good...also fortron, ocz, pc power & cooling, and enermax. At least those are all the ones I've been recommended...

Yes you will need mroe fans to OC. Happy? Ocing will cause more heat, you can't have too many fans, so go wild
Most people cut their own holes and put fans in, so you could put them whereever. A couple on top and some in the back should give you sufficient cooling, aalong with a good CPU HSF.
