ok the reason im getting the sony is because it is a dual layer drive and i cant find any lite-on dual layer drives.

Lite-ON do have dual layer drives, it just doesnt say it in the name. If you read the features list, it includes double layer (dual layer).

alright i see it now but he never explained it.
Everything looks fine. I'd reccomend getting out of thet FX5500 PCI video card as soon as possible though!
Suggestions: Downgrade to an Athlon 64 3000+, get this RAM instead, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820141212,
perhaps consider getting rid of your keyboard/mouse combo and just buy a new 6600GT or something

im gonna get a 6800GS cause its only 50$ more than the 6600GT and it owns all of the 6800 cards if you overclock it. and which one of those do you mean on the page you gave me?
