Budget.... post your budget... all abolut the budget....

read the link in my sig... might find it useful

the mid-tower already comes w/ the power supply, It's a 12v 500w power supply. I am willing to spend up to $2500. I'd prefer to just spend under $1900. I would like to have up to 2 GB of RAM in the pc, but i'll do that later. Right now, I just want to get my the items to start working on the pc. I want to make sure all of these things can go together and actually fit in the Case and what not.

The power supplies that come with cases are crap -- if you get unlucky and get a dud, it can take all your $2500 worth of parts out with it. Hold on a minute and I'll build you a nice PC. BTW, if this is for gaming, you do not want to use onboard sound, it does not support hardware mixing or EAX, it sucks cpu power, and generally is not very good quaity. You want at least an Audigy2 ZS which is $70 on newegg.

The items i put NONE on, I already have :) so i that's why I put none o there :) I have a pretty cheap Sound Blaster Audigy 2 (came w/ Tom Clancy's Slinter Cell :)).

This will be one monster of a PC, and will last you a good long while without upgrades, and it fits your budget :) Also, do you really want to pay for an OS? Think, hard. *cough*p2p*cough* The OEM version of Windows XP Pro w/ SP2 is about $140 on newegg.

If you want to cheap out on some of the stuff, maybe get an Audigy2 soundcard, and a 7800GTX or GT. That will save you almost 450$

Yes, that case will work, but Lian Li is the absolute best brand you can get for cases. They are VERY well made, they don't cut any corners, every single part of the case is removeable (including a sliding motherboard tray), and it is near impossible to cut yourself on the case. I own the exact case, and it really is the best case I have ever had the pleasure of using.
