Let me know what you think and whether I should make any changes.
Also are the tigerdirect MIRs worth it?
Also depending on which system I get, do I need to buy any case fans (if so how many, what size...) or do they come with case or are they unnecessary?
Thanks

id go with the NCIX better quality all round. Although you said you dont plan to upgrade, so the tigerdirect would be the better choice for cheaper and considering your not doing anything extremly demanding.

But all in all id go with the NCIX, good processor, great brands and will last awhile worth the extra money.

Where do you live? I know of a good site where one of their stores are located right near my house. They have stores all over Canada, the site is called www.oemexpress.com I found the Athlon 64 3500+ for $239.99
