Lazer Printer

This guy brought a lazer printer into work the other day and said he had a problem. The printer would print but extremely light and you could smear the toner on the page. Do you have any idea what could be wrong with it?

May need a new fuser.

That is what I was thinking because the fuser wasn't very hot.
