Computer shuts down on its own

What should I do? There is 2 fans, cpu fan and one on the video card.

are both of the fans blowing in/out ? or is one fan blowing in and the other out?.....also is the CPU fan spinning well?

may be your bios showing the temp wrong.

well the bios is always gonna run higher than the speedfan because the bios has no cpu idle feature like windows OS does...
