Testing for stability - with the cpu

Hello,
First time overclocker, i have a AMD Althon xp 1800+ overclocking it via FSB, and every thing seems good... to good, like maybe it should be that good...
so i would like to know how to test for stability and what are sign my computer is about to make smoke.?

Things in my case:

AMD Althon 1800+ (palomino)
ASROCK k7vt4a pro
RAM DDR 512 (pc3200)
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 (256 MB)

download prime95 and memtest86 there was another program too that was better then prime95 hmm
