yea...its got a preview/test button...that works fine...but when a email comes in it does come up...is there some way you have to maybe change the send/recieve refresh time ???

You can set it to send/receive every minute and when you exit

To Send and receive messages automatically when Outlook 2002/2003 starts and periodically while it's open, go to Tools, Send/Receive, Send/Receive settings, Define Send/Receive and add a check to the box to Schedule an automatic send/receive every 1 min.
