need help fast

hey all..

ok this is the problem im having....

it is a windows xp pro computer and if i log in as administrator the program will work fine (outlook 2002) but if i log in as a user the program wont work .... just a note...the user im trying to log in as is part of the administrators area.

if anyone could help me that would be great...thanks guys

most likely its b/c of the outlook profile settings in your outlook.

outlook was installed on the computer ages ago...but it was never set up with any accounts...

is that what you mean by profile settings ??

Does it give you an error when you try to open it ?
Did you set the accounts on your machine to share applications or keep them "per user" ?

when i try and open it comes up with this message...

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook

The DLL file for the information service could not be found.
MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL

Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured

what other mail client are you using?

make sure it is your default mail client

Close all mail-aware applications (Outlook, etc.).

Click Start | Settings | Control Panel, then double-click Internet Options.

Click the Programs tab along the top.

In the E-mail list, select Microsoft Outlook.

ok ill go do that now...

but as i said...its the only mail client thats on the computer
