Win 2k - HOw to disable a device in Device Manager?

You can disable via jumpers on the MOBO ( im pretty sure )... you can also put in any AGP card and it should automatically disable onboard video.

UNfortunately, this PC doesn't have an AGP slot. I'll have to try and find a service manual to see how to disble via jumpers.

Can you post the Screen Shot of your Device Manager in the System Devices ?

I know that this is a novice question, but how do I create a screen shot? can I just use the Print Screen button on my keyboard?

You can use the print screen on the keyboard... Edit it in Paint, then save it and upload it. you can upload to like photobucket.com if you don't have a host already...
