Comparing 2 nForce 2 motherboards

Which of these 2 motherboards are better for the following components. I am not that PRO at motherboards so I don't wanna get fried when I am building my computer.

Thanx a lot guyz, I can't wait for my new computer becasue I am getting tired of my old 400 mhz celeron at 66mhz fsb and pc 100 ram with a 4gb slow hadrive

maybe i am just looking up the wrong model, but i would like to point out your ASUS nForce 220-D is not an nforce2 board, it is nforce1. the diffences between those 2 choices seem like night and day to me.

if you want performance definately go with the real nforce2 which is K7N2-V" -RETAIL. look at the differences in FSB support. the upside is that asus board is the IGP version. it has integrated video so if you want something cheap go with it. the performance you suffer is quite noticeable though.

my recommendation is go with the MSI K7N2-V" -RETAIL. the rest of the components look okay with the exception that micro mentioned about the bad memory. i don't even think i have heard of kreton. for budget memory go with crucial or kingston, yes i know you hate kingston dave
