Important: A64 RevE Cores and vDIMM

cool....mines running at 1.58v and 2.9vdimm....max dimm I'd put through it would be 3v so I should be aright.

seems like it's primarily for the BH-5 users running 3.2+
 
That's what i got, but im not messing with mine much more..... Considering that i've nearly maxed out my voltages on everything to stay stable... lol
 
Yeah, they're basically just talking about BH-5s and pushing through the ridiculous 3v+ through your memory...if you scroll down they basically say you pretty much only have to compensate by raising the vcore 0.1v over stock vcore

Also keep in mind that this pretty much only applies to 90nm process size cores from what I've gathered, and anyways, if you're increasing vdimm that means you're increasing ram speed which probably means you're increasing FSB speed and thus overclocking your processor so IMO it isn't a big issue

well it's all revision E cores...venices and san diegos and such which are 90nm.
