PSU fan is noisier than all my other fans put together>what should i do?

should i replace the fan with another from another psu i got? are the fans 80mm?

also, my nvidia 6600gt is kinda noisy...how can i slow it down or make it quieter???

PSU fans, if you know what you are doing, you can replace the PSU fan. Mind you the PSU has lots of electricals in there. So be careful.

As for your GPU. Try cleaning it with some Can Air first.

Most of the time, yes. I have occasionally seen a 90mm fan used too.

When selecting a new fan, bring your PSU with you so you can compair sizes.

But it would be more that likely a 80mm fan.
