Getting a replacement inverter

Is ti possible to use a replacement inverter and where should i look? are they all the same for LCD?

I just went through the same thing, i had to replace my inverter for my dell monitor. They are definately NOT all the same. Even if you find one that is the same voltage, the connector might not fit your monitor. Thats what happened to me, so i ended up buying two. Make sure that the one you buy specifically lists your brand and model. I found mine for pretty cheap by googling my model number, but of course its also a plus if you can find yours on ebay
