Mac theme for Windows XP?

Thanks, guys. I'm using a mix of the kite one and the first one that was posted.

Does anyone know where I can find a better icon for the following programs (the normal shortcut icons look really bad when put into the dock)?

Firefox
DivX
Xfire
Ad-Aware SE
Spybot Search and Destroy
Spyware Doctor

Edit:
In case anyone was wondering, you can have two docks. I did the manual change at first and got objectdock, and later when I installed the kite one I installed the RK dock. The objectdock is hidden at the top and only has shortcuts for antivirus, spyware, etc. programs. The bottom one is always visible and has the programs I use most often.
