I accidently deleted some stuff I was working on the other day, and I permenantly deleted it too, I emptied the recycle bin and everything. Is there a way to get it back without using some program I have to pay for?
there are trial programs out there that will find a certain size before you have to pay for it or it will find so many that you have to pay, etc. I use ERD Commander 2005
Well, I don't know the undelete command... I deleted it about two days ago now though. I tried looking for Erd Commander, but I couldn't find a trial version. If there are no free programs, is there another manual way I could do it? Thanks for your help so far anyway though.
I restored the computer in an attempt to get the files back, but it didn't work... And now it refuses to undo the restoration, and as a result I've lost some more files...
Powerful data recovery tool can help you bring files back. Even if they were erased, it is still possible to restore. The most powerful are imho Active@ Undelete and Uneraser(for DOS). Their restore algorithm is mighty indeed, as it never failed me before nor corrupted restored files. Give it a try, I bet that will help.
